The Cased Hole Supervisor is accountable for the coordination, supervision, safe operation and maintenance of the wireline unit. The Cased Hole Supervisor uses expertise and experience to successfully complete jobs as well as supervise and mentor the Junior Supervisor and Assistant.

The Position:
As the Cased Hole Supervisor you are accountable for all applicable documentation such as; field tickets, job reports, pre and post trips, JSA’s, hazard id’s and Safety Meetings. You will Supervise all types of rig ups, co-ordinate & perform jobs and be directly involved with clients on location. Some of the tasks involved in this role include;

 Perform routine mathematics requiring a knowledge of addition, subtraction, multiplication and division (i.e.load calculations, sizing, pressure calculations)
 Read and interprets written and printed material (i.e. job orders, procedures, policies, maps, well files and well schematics)
 Co-ordinate and perform basic jobs (i.e. WR plugs, bridge plugs, perforating jobs, GR-CCL Logs, cement bond logs, spinner profiles, temp. logs, dump bailing)
 Supervise installation and operation of grease injection and hydraulic BOP’s for well intervention up to 5000psi
 Perform multi-service operations without process loss (i.e. log/swab/shoot)
 Ensure compliance with and adherence to all company policies and procedures including safety policies
 Complete maintenance on wireline truck and tools as required
 Operate related computer equipment to fulfill job requirements
 Utilize proper radiation handling techniques at all times

The Candidate:
 Posses a valid Class 3 Driver’s License
 Posses a valid Perforators Safety Blasters Ticket
 Posses required safety tickets (Alberta or B.C. First Aid, H2S Alive, PST/CSTS)
 Minimum 2 years experience as a Cased Hole Supervisor
